Anesthesia Record app for iPhone and iPad

With this Application Anesthetists can fill Anesthesia Records precisely and quickly from their iPhone (preferred) and iPad devices, the App works offline and all records will be saved in users device.
The Application can write a record of 4 hours in length , if a surgical procedure take longer time ; the user can fill another record for the same patient.
The App contains many features like : Editable drug list , Correction mode , ability to save and print the outputted record.
